1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BusinessFinder.ae ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mini Hub Portal ("the Company"), the operator of BusinessFinder.ae.

2. About BusinessFinder.ae

BusinessFinder.ae is a UAE business directory and marketplace platform operated by Mini Hub Portal, a company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). The Platform allows businesses to list their services, consumers to find businesses, and facilitates the buying and selling of businesses across the seven emirates of the UAE.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or business may maintain one account
• You must verify your email address before posting listings
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Business Listings

4.1 Listing Content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your listings
• Listings must comply with UAE laws and regulations
• Businesses must hold a valid UAE trade license (may be verified by admin)
• Prohibited content: false information, illegal services, misleading claims, trademark infringement
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion

4.2 Listing Types

• Directory listings: Free for all verified businesses
• Marketplace listings: For businesses listed for sale — contact information is protected; buyers contact sellers through our platform
• Job listings: Employment opportunities linked to existing businesses
• Featured listings: Premium placement available with paid subscription

4.3 Marketplace Privacy

For businesses listed for sale, the seller's contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email) is hidden from public view. Buyers must contact the seller through our platform using a reference number. This protects both parties and ensures transaction integrity.

5. Reviews and Ratings

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
• Reviews are moderated and require admin approval before publishing
• Business owners may respond to reviews but cannot delete them
• Fake, defamatory, or spam reviews will be removed
• We reserve the right to remove any review that violates our guidelines

6. Fees and Payments

• Basic business listings are free
• Premium subscriptions (AED 499/month) include: ad-free experience, premium badge, featured listing, advanced analytics, and article publishing
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime
• No refunds for partial billing periods

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without permission
• Post spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate UAE cybercrime laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021)

8. Intellectual Property

BusinessFinder.ae, including its design, logo, content, and software, is the property of Mini Hub Portal. Users retain ownership of content they post (business listings, reviews, blog articles) but grant us a license to display and use that content on the Platform.

Business names, logos, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings
• We are not a party to any transactions between users
• We do not verify the financial or legal status of businesses listed for sale
• Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any business
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Mini Hub Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mini Hub Portal, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your reviews, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your listings may be removed from the Platform. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by UAE law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
